Prepare the Filling: In a pan, heat ghee and add grated coconut. Sauté for a couple of minutes, then add jaggery. Cook until the mixture thickens. Add cardamom and nutmeg powders. Mix well and let it cool.
Prepare the Dough: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil with ghee and salt. Lower the heat and add Bhajani's Modak Peeth gradually, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cover and let it steam for a few minutes. Transfer to a plate and knead into a soft, pliable dough while it's still warm.
