Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order is not delivered.

  • The product is delivered in a damaged condition with a broken seal.

  • The product is not in a consumable condition (e.g., expired).

  • How to Initiate a Refund

Please include photos of the damaged or expired product, if applicable.


2. Evaluation:

  1. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund based on the conditions mentioned above.

  2. If approved, we will notify you via email with further instructions.

  3. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days.


A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Non-Refundable Items
 

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

 


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
